Norris W Davis III
Norris is a financial advisor and owns and operates South Platte Investments & Planning and has been in the financial services industry since 2000. In 2002 he became an independent financial advisor to help small business owners and families pursue their financial goals. Norris truly loves helping people rekindle their visions and is dedicated to helping people work towards their goals by creating customized financial solutions.
Norris was a former member of the advisory board of the Denver Metro Small Business Development Center. He also formerly sat on the board of Environmental Learning for Kids: a non-profit exposing underprivileged youth to the outdoors so they may gain a passion for STEM careers. Norris currently volunteers for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and St Mary's Catholic Church and School in Littleton, CO.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He looks forward to meeting and talking with you to assist you on your financial path.

Jesse Branum
Jesse Branum is a valued member of the South Platte Investments and Planning team, bringing a wealth of experience in geospatial photography within the reality capture industry. With 8 years of specialized expertise using the Matterport camera system, Jesse has created compelling content for a diverse range of clients, including architecture, construction, and corporate real estate.
Before his venture into reality capture, Jesse spent a decade teaching private music instruction, working with prominent brands such as Music Together and School of Rock. He also developed his own curriculum and released an award-winning children's album during this time.
Despite his educational background in geology from Glendale City College and Cal State Northridge, Jesse has found his true passion in capturing and showcasing physical spaces. Alongside his professional endeavors, he enjoys outdoor activities, music, and creating his own unique hot sauces. Jesse values family deeply, particularly cherishing time spent with his niece and nephew in North Carolina.
Driven by his core values of love, community, and individuality, Jesse thrives on being genuine in all aspects of life and embracing the uniqueness of his journey. Originally from Alabama and later residing in California, Jesse is excited to contribute his top-quality customer service to South Platte Investments and Planning as a Colorado native.
